A: Your percentage is determined by weather you drop it off or we pick it up;
Drop off = 50% of the selling price and the pick-up is 40%.

Q: How long is the consignment period?
A: We have a 2-month consignment period and the majority of our merchandise sells within that time.

Q: What if my furniture doesn't sell?
A: If your merchandise doesn't sell you have the option to come get it or have it donated to charity. This procedure works for hundreds of people a year, and is a good alternative for merchandise that is too nice to donate.
